How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 4–7 business days across the UK. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case. See our Refund Policy for more details.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours (for damage) or 5 days (for incorrect items) of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos or a video. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to damage or a mistake on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If you’ve changed your mind, the return shipping is your responsibility.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at info@fitflowltd.com.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our products come with a standard 30-day guarantee. If a product has a specific manufacturer’s warranty, this will be mentioned on the product page. If you experience an issue, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please email us immediately at info@fitflowltd.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
Are your yoga and fitness products eco-friendly?
Many of our products are made from sustainable or recyclable materials. You’ll find specific eco-friendly details listed on each product page. We're committed to reducing our environmental impact wherever possible.
How do I care for or clean my products?
Care instructions vary by product and are listed on each product page. In general, we recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap for cleaning yoga mats and accessories. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
Do you offer gift cards?

What if my tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my order?
Sometimes parcels are marked as delivered shortly before actual arrival, or they may be left with a neighbour. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us at info@fitflowltd.com, and we'll investigate it with the courier.
